The new HS-3510 differs from the HS-3500 by reducing the holder weight to 5.68 kg—12% lighter than the previous design—making operation even easier.
HOW IT WORKS
When we want to feed the coil into machine, we will use Hydraulic Wire Straightener, also called Coil bender, to make wire rod straight. The material demonstrated in the video is 6140, 0.4% carbon, middle carbon alloy steel. And the outer diameter is Ø31.5 mm.
OPERATION STEPS
Set the wire rod on the machine.
Cylinder head starts to push the bending part when pressing down the button.
Wire rod becomes straight.
