It is designed to straighten large-diameter coils, reducing labor, time, and the need for costly heavy equipment.
Developed by Potzu Precision, the machine is lightweight, portable, and highly mobile.
The HS-5000 is equipped with a specially enlarged hydraulic cylinder, providing greater power while remaining lighter and more cost-effective than traditional large straightening machines.
It features simple two-button operation and an auxiliary handle for better grip. The contact surface is designed with a rounded shape to protect the wire surface from damage.
HOW IT WORKS
When we want to feed the coil into machine, we will use Hydraulic Wire Straightener, also called Coil bender, to make wire rod straight. The material demonstrated in the video is 6140, 0.4% carbon, middle carbon alloy steel. And the outer diameter is Ø31.5 mm.
OPERATION STEP
Set the wire rod on the machine.
Cylinder head starts to push the bending part when pressing down the button.
Wire rod becomes straight.
